May 31, 2018Color on the Creek once again enhances downtown Frederick! On Tuesday, May 29th, Jean-Louis joined dozens of other volunteers in planting the tropical bog and lilies that bring so much color to Carroll Creek. The effort is accomplished through the efforts of Rotarians and hundreds of volunteers!
